Nowadays, it is a major challenge for a management to work with three different generations in a work community.

It is a challenge, as research and practice support it, generations are very different in several factors: their values, their communication style, their priorities, their attitude to work, and so on.

Still, the organization where each generation is represented is really good. Workplaces where different generations can work effectively can be much more successful than homogeneous groups. Each generation has values that need to be used, raised, and integrated into the common value system.

The main purpose of our training program is to raise awareness of these features in the participants. We draw attention to each other's values and exploitable strengths in a light, playful way. We reinforce a common value system that everyone can add to.
