This has been researched in recent decades by Carol S. Dweck, a professor of psychology at Stanford University. He discovered that it plays a big role in how people think of themselves, whether they are more typical of the development or the fixed approach. Growth Mindset people are encouraged by obstacles to more work and more perseverance, which will bring success over time.
During the training, the participants acquire techniques and tools to strengthen the developing approach to themselves and in their workplace environment.

Conflicts are inevitable parts of our lives. Some are in constant battles with their colleagues, some who would rather give up prematurely. In both cases, someone loses and leaves with negative emotions and fervor.
The conflict situation is usually not comfortable, in which case we feel bad and we become tense. It is a natural need to reduce this tension and eliminate. However, the problem is not solved, although conflict management can be learned and practiced.
Our goal is to hand over this approach to the participants. Conscious treatment of conflicts allows tension-filled situations not to be resolved on a rational level by exiting emotions, not emotionally controlled.
The knowledge acquired throughout the training helps to establish and survive long -term, effectively cooperative relationships and to create a sincere, trust atmosphere.

Nowadays, it is a major challenge for a management to work with three different generations in a work community. It is a challenge, as research and practice support it, generations are very different in several factors: their values, their communication style, their priorities, their attitude to work, and so on.
Still, the organization where each generation is represented is really good. Workplaces where different generations can work effectively can be much more successful than homogeneous groups. Each generation has values that need to be used, raised, and integrated into the common value system.
The main purpose of our training program is to raise awareness of these features in the participants. We draw attention to each other's values and exploitable strengths in a light, playful way. We reinforce a common value system that everyone can add to.
