Are we going to do this or are we going to give it up? What makes people accept or refuse changes and challenges?
Professor of psychology Carol S. Dweck has been conducting research on the topic for some decades at Stanford University. She found what playing an important role is their implicit views of the origin of ability, that is their fixed or growth mindset. Growth mindset drives people to work harder and have more perseverance that eventually brings success over time.
Participants of our training acquire tools and techniques that strengthen growth mindset of the individual and the work environment as well.
Participants: in groups of max. 15 people
Duration: online introduction + half day training
Conflicts are an inevitable part of our lives. Some are in constant battle with their colleagues, some give up easily. In both cases, someone loses and leaves with negative emotions and high tension.
Conflicts are usually not comfortable, we feel stressed and tensed in those situations. It is our natural need to reduce and eliminate this tension. However, this does not solve the problem, although conflict management can be learned and practiced.
We aim to convey this attitude to the participants. Conscious conflict management enables us to deal with tensed situations without being carried away by our emotions, and to find solution through a purely rational approach.
The knowledge acquired in the training helps to build and maintain long-term, effectively cooperative relationships and to create an atmosphere of honesty and trust.
Participants: in groups of max. 15 people
Duration: 2 x 0,5 day (personal or online)
Today, it's a big challenge for management to have three different generations working together in one workplace community. It is a challenge because research and practice show that the generations are very different in many ways: they have different values, communication styles, priorities, attitudes to work, etc.
Yet organisations work well when all generations are represented. Workplaces where different generations can work together effectively can be much more successful than homogeneous groups. Each generation has values that need to be harnessed, made aware and integrated into a common set of values.
The main aim of our training programme is to make participants aware of these characteristics. In a light, playful way, we draw attention to each other's values and exploitable strengths. We reinforce a common set of values to which everyone can contribute.
Participants: small and large groups
Duration:
- online introductory (approx. 1 hour)
- 1 day training programme
- optional, with additional evening programme
Today, effective and conscious communication is essential for successful work. To change our daily routine and our habitual attitudes, we need a high level of awareness and simple, easy-to-understand techniques.
Our assertiveness training is therefore structured around a practical approach, a relaxed tone and simple theoretical models to help you develop individual feedback and action plans.
Expected results of the training:
- Better understanding of our own and others' communication style and background
- Be able to advocate more easily and effectively without offending others
- We can say "NO" when we need to
- We can be more attentive to other people's messages and understand them better
- Solve tasks, manage meetings and deal with problems more effectively
- Build long-term, successful working relationships
Participants: in groups of max. 15 people
Duration: 2 x 0,5 day (personal or online)
In the life of a company, repeated changes and restructurings always create new conditions for employees.
Attitudes and work moral are influenced by many different emotions in these transition periods. Enthusiasm and positive expectations on one hand, grief and diffuse hard feelings over the expected loss of values, relationships, etc. on the other. All these can fundamentally determine the first weeks or months of a freshly reformed organization often without being conscious of it.
We support leaders in helping their teams overcoming these difficulties with the fewest conflicts possible, and focus on their new tasks and processes.
Become the engine of the change!
